Assessment Intake

Complete the intake form, 10 questions about your business and current DPO setup. Takes 15 minutes.

02Day 1–3

Gap Assessment

A Veritos expert reviews your intake and begins your gap assessment. We may follow up with a short call.

03Day 3–5

Written Report

You receive your PDPA gap report, prioritised by risk, specific to your business. Not a generic checklist.

04Day 5–7

Platform Setup

Veritos configures your platform. Policies live, inventory seeded, workflows active. Your DPO gets login and walkthrough.

05Within 6 months

Consulting Sessions

Book your two sessions via a scheduling link. Each is 1 hour with a Veritos expert. Use them when you’re ready.

Sessions expire 6 months from purchase date. Book them early.

Q.01Why do I need to pay SGD 1,200 if the assessment is free?+
The assessment is free whether you take Option A or Option B. Option B adds setup, consulting sessions, and 12 months of the platform. The SGD 1,200 is for everything beyond the assessment. Most businesses find that once they see the gap report, they want the setup and the sessions, so they start with Option B.
Q.02What if we’re already partially compliant?+
Good. The assessment tells you exactly where you stand and what’s missing. The platform helps you close the remaining gaps. The sessions let you ask specific questions about your situation. Partial compliance with the right tools is how you get to full compliance.
Q.03What happens after the first year?+
Your platform renews at SGD 600/year (Veritos Multi, 1 entity), the normal platform price. No assessment or setup fees in Year 2. Your consulting sessions are one-time inclusions with the Kickstart. Additional advisory hours can be purchased at SGD 200/hour.
Q.04We already have a consultant handling our PDPA. Why do we need this?+
A consultant typically gives you a report and moves on. Veritos gives you a platform your DPO uses every day, incident management, policy tracking, staff training, vendor risk, audits. The DPO Kickstart gets both into place at once.
Q.05What if we want Veritos to be our Named DPO instead?+
